Rillettes - small beer waffles & VanderGhinste Roodbruin

Rillette bierwafeltjes Vanderghinste Oud Bruin

Ingredients:

• 500 ml milk
• 660 ml VanderGhinste Roodbruin
• 660 g flour
• 6 eggs
• 660 g rillettes
• small piece of rillette
• syrup
• parsley powder
• mustard powder
• garnishes: mini corn, shiso leaves, borage flower, garlic mustard

Preparation:

• combine milk, beer, rillette, eggs and flour
• make small waffles with this batter
• finely mix dried parsley into a powder
• place waffle on a plate
• add a small piece of rillette
• finish with the garnishes, powder and syrup

Serve with VanderGhinste Roodbruin.
